How do I create an account on Markuzai?

Simply click the “Get Started” button on our homepage, enter your email and password, and verify your email address. You’ll be guided through a quick onboarding wizard. No credit card required for the 14‑day trial.

Is there a free trial? What does it include?

Yes, we offer a 14‑day free trial on all paid plans (Starter, Pro, Business). You get full access to features of the plan you select, including email and WhatsApp campaigns, analytics, and API access. No credit card needed to start.

How do I import my contacts?

Go to “Contacts” → “Import”. You can upload CSV files, connect your CRM (HubSpot, Salesforce) via API, or manually add contacts. Our system auto‑deduplicates and validates emails/phone numbers.

Can I send both email and WhatsApp campaigns from the same dashboard?

Absolutely. Markuzai unifies both channels in one platform. You can design, schedule, and track email + WhatsApp campaigns side‑by‑side, with unified analytics per contact.

What is the Multi‑Organization feature?

It allows you to manage multiple brands, clients, or departments from a single account. Each organization has its own contacts, templates, users, and billing. Switch between orgs with one click.

Does Markuzai support A/B testing and personalization?

Yes, on Pro and higher plans. You can test subject lines, content, and send times. Personalization uses custom fields (name, company, etc.) and dynamic content blocks.

What happens when my free trial ends?

You’ll receive a notification 3 days before the trial ends. If you don’t upgrade, your account will be paused. You can always resubscribe or export your data.

Can I switch between monthly and annual billing?

Yes. You can change your billing cycle at any time from the Billing settings. Annual plans save 25% compared to monthly. Changes are prorated.

Do you offer discounts for non‑profits or education?

Yes, we provide a 30% discount for verified non‑profit organizations and educational institutions. Contact our sales team with your proof of status.

How do I invite team members to my organization?

Navigate to “Settings” → “Team Members”. Enter their email and assign a role (Admin, Editor, Viewer). They’ll receive an invitation link. Role‑based permissions ensure secure collaboration.

Can I change my account email or password?

Yes. Go to “Account Settings” → “Profile”. You can change your email (verification required) and update your password anytime. 2FA is also available.

Is my data secure with Markuzai?

Absolutely. We use 256‑bit encryption for data at rest and TLS 1.3 for data in transit. We are GDPR and CCPA compliant, and SOC2 Type II audit is completed annually.

Does Markuzai provide an API?

Yes, we offer a full REST API for managing campaigns, contacts, and analytics. API keys can be generated in “Developer Settings”. Webhooks are available on Business and Enterprise plans.

What is your uptime SLA?

We guarantee 99.99% uptime for Enterprise, 99.95% for Business, and 99.9% for Pro plans. Our infrastructure is hosted on AWS with multi‑region redundancy.

Why are my emails landing in spam?

Our system automatically sets up SPF, DKIM, and DMARC for your sending domains. Check our deliverability guide or request a dedicated IP pool (Business+). Also avoid spammy content and use double opt‑in.

I'm not receiving WhatsApp message deliveries. What should I do?

First, ensure the recipient has opted in and your WhatsApp Business account is active. Check the message template status. If issues persist, contact support with the message ID.
